Able to perform / review the calculation of building structures.Biz English, MS Office, AutoCAD Software, Sketchup.Ability to mastering facility technical drawing, coordinate with vendor and to ensure that the job has been applied based on the facility plan & standard guideline.Responsible for managing plan facility termination, migration, discontinue facility operations and release facility from portfolio, if required.Responsible for managing facility access control, health and safety, heating and air conditioning, sanitation and waste management.Min 3 years as Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician.Min Diploma (D3) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
